“I love being able to help patients who come in with an injury or pain and help them to improve their quality of life. Exercise really is the best medicine!”
Kim is a university qualified Exercise Physiologist graduating with a Bachelor and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Kim is accredited with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia). As our Senior Exercise Physiologist, she helps the Exercise Physiology team and students on placement with us. She has also been working with Tegan to create our Paediatric Exercise Physiology program; working at a local primary school 1 day per week helping children with their gross motor development, emotional regulation, behaviour, concentration and mental and physical health. Kim works directly with the teaching and support staff to work with them to help a large number of children learn and develop to their full capacity.
Kim arrives every day at work with a passion to help her patients and loves working so closely with the osteopaths, so our patients are receiving the best possible care with a team-based approach for the best results. She believes that Exercise Physiology and Osteopathy are truly a match made in heaven!

Kim approaches each patient individually. No two people have the same exercise program.
