Eden is an energetic and empathetic Exercise Physiologist at Necessity Health, with a strong passion for helping people move in ways that feel safe, achievable, and enjoyable. She enjoys working with children, individuals living with chronic pain, and people managing disabilities or chronic disease.

Eden takes a personalised approach to exercise prescription, focusing on building confidence, improving function, and making movement accessible to everyone. Her ability to connect with patients and adapt exercises to suit individual needs helps create positive, long-term outcomes.

Outside of the clinic, Eden enjoys staying active and participates in a variety of sports, including jiu-jitsu and Oztag. Her own love of movement and physical activity translates into her work, motivating and supporting patients to build strength, resilience, and confidence through movement.
