Adam is a six-year University educated Osteopath with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathic Studies) and a Masters of Osteopathy. Adam is registered with the NSW Osteopaths Registration Board and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.

With an extensive understanding of how the body works, Adam is particularly skilled in explaining all aspects of your treatment and expected outcomes, and he will have you feeling comfortable and confident through-out the course of your treatment.

After working in a busy clinic in Hobart, Adam founded Necessity Health, which has gone on to be one of the Illawarra's leading Multidisciplinary Allied Health practices. Adam is a highly knowledgeable practitioner, with over 14 years of experience. In that time, Adam has been involved in further education in paediatric and obstetric osteopathy and dry needling and has spent years mentoring many young Osteopaths to become exceptional practitioners.

In addition to being a national level athlete in multiple sports, Adam has been the team osteopath for local 1st grade sporting teams. He was also a finalist for Osteopath Of The Year 2020/2021!
