At necessity health, we treat people in pain, not illness. The current strategy of the Australian government is to minimise the rate of transmission and therefore demand on the hospital system, and hence hopefully save more lives. I believe allied health providers such as us have a key role to play in reducing the demand in the hospital system too. If we can help people in pain not need to go to the ER or help people who need surgery, then that will help.
